This course is open to students in grade 11 and 12.
The course is meant to serve as an introduction to common elements of digital media and their production. You can think of it as art meets technology! Below are some of the areas we focus on throughout the semester:
The course does not require any prior experience or knowledge, it's great for anyone who likes to learn in a hands-on way and it tends to be really interesting and fun!
This would be a great course for anyone interested in the arts, technology, media, or even those just looking to develop new skills that apply to a wide range of interests and careers.
*This is an optional course for the FIT certificate.
Below you can check out just a small sample of the kinds of work we do in Digital Productions! These are all projects completed by students this year, most of whom had little to no previous experience working in these mediums...pretty impressive!
